What a sweetheart this girl is! Fia is a 2006 AHR Haflinger mare and at 4 yrs old stands just under 62" (15.2 hds)! Both sire and dam are from Elite family lines and imported from Austria. Winterschon was the first Haflinger stallion in the U.S. to be classified as GOLD! Winterschon's dam was World Reserve grand champion mare in Austria in 1995 and Winterschon's sire, Winterstein, was one of Austria's premier breeding stallions. Fia carries on Winterschon's exceptional disposition, movement and conformation. Fia is well under saddle, started western and recently ridden mainly English. This girl has superb movement and would be an excellent dressage prospect. Being extremely athletic and forward she would be suitable for just about any English discipline; eventing, jumping, etc.
