PEDIGREE
Arrow is such a wonderful boy! He is gentle enough for anyone (including children) to be around. Arrow rides like a little western pleasure horse (extremely smooth) and pulls a cart like a dream! He has also won his share of shows back in the day! We get so many compliments
on how beautiful, gentle and well mannered Arrow is. You would never know he's a stallion unless
he's got something to say to the ladies. Even then he can be tied, ridden or driven right next to mares! Arrow's sire is the legendary ALPEN KONIG (see below). Arrow
is a half brother to the well known HBO high Silver classified
stallion Alabama CHF and Abner (sire to many Champions and well known Haflingers).
Arrow is HBO & AHR Registered and was classified however with a lower than desired score. We believe this was due to foundering when he was young and an injury called "Fibrotic Myopathy". His score doesn't matter to us though!
We absolutely love him and he has his permanent place with us. Arrow
was bred and raised by the Amish and stands at just under 56". Arrow
is not available for outside breeding at this time however we selectively breed him to our mares so look for his foals in the future!**UPDATE** Arrow has a new filly on the ground! See her here "Arrow's 2009 Filly".
